Accessibility / ADA Information
This venue provides accessibility for guests to navigate throughout the venue. There is no ADA pre-registration needed before the event.
Dedicated ADA-accessible areas will be set up in both VIP and General Admission areas and are available on a first come, first served basis only. ADA wristbands will be provided onsite for access to the ADA-accessible areas.

ADA Wristbands & Accessible Areas
ADA wristbands will be provided onsite for access to the ADA-accessible areas. These wristbands allow access for the ADA guest along with one companion.
- No ADA-specific ticket needs to be purchased.
- No ADA pre-registration is required before the event.
- ADA-accessible areas are available in both VIP and General Admission areas.
- ADA-accessible areas are available on a first come, first served basis only.
- If space becomes limited, companions may be asked to make more room for ADA guests.
Mobility Disabilities
Guests with mobility disabilities are encouraged to utilize personal forms of transportation, including wheelchairs and scooters. Crutches, walkers, and canes are also permitted.
Please note that assisted mobility devices will not be rented onsite.
Accessible Routes
The venue is navigable for people with mobility disabilities. The event is held on natural terrain with grass, as well as sections with cement.
Guests will need to navigate throughout the festival grounds independently or with the assistance of a companion, as the festival does not provide transportation throughout the venue.
Parking
Please check back 30 days before the event for parking information.
ADA Admission Entrance
ADA admission for both General Admission and VIP guests will enter at the main GA entrance, where tickets will be scanned. This entry will be labeled with signage.
Disabled guests may use this lane to safely enter the festival grounds, as there is a direct roadway to the main festival area.
Accessible Viewing Areas
Accessible viewing areas will be made available to ADA patrons and their one companion at designated stages. These areas are available on a first come, first served basis.
Service Animals
Service animals are permitted throughout the festival. This does not include emotional support animals, therapy animals, or companion animals. Pets are not allowed and will be turned away.
Service Animal Rules
- Only legitimate service animals that are individually trained and under the proper care of their owners will be provided with the appropriate credentials to enter the event.
- Service animals must remain by the handler’s side at all times and must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered.
- Anyone bringing an animal will be responsible for and liable for any damage or injury caused by the animal.
Elevated Cabanas
There is no assistance for ADA access to elevated cabanas.
However, should a group with an individual with a disability want to purchase a cabana, an equal or better alternative may be provided based on availability.
